Too Many Clumsies
Clumsies are the hottest new trend in pets! These round, furry creatures emit cooing sounds when touched, which has a calming effect. They must be easy to care for... right?
(This is a demo made by 5 people in one week for a game jam. We met for the jam and this is our first game together.)
Instructions
- Use mouse to interact. Right click to cancel item.
- The game is meant to take a couple rounds to get the hang of and discover the strategies.
Play as the keeper of a small Clumsie colony. If two get close to each other, they reproduce. Once per generation, the evolution menu will spawn. Select randomly generated traits to evolve Clumsies changing how they act.
Maximize your evolutions while inching as close as you dare to an uncontrollable population explosion!

Tips
- Items are useful for managing the population.
- Top right is amount of clumsies you "spent" in the shop, the highscore.
- Keep the population in the green bar. If too little Clumsies are on the island, they get lonely and can't evolve. But if too many Clumsies are on the island, they'll run out of space and start falling off. You'll lose if too many fall!

This is originally made for GJL Parade. This is our first time doing this contest!
